Andrea leads Aspirent’s Project Execution practice bringing 25+ years of experience bridging strategy and execution delivery and providing successful outcomes for her clients. Andrea is skilled in assessing programs, uncovering improvements, and providing right-sized, value-add methods and frameworks. She has guided several clients including a Fortune 50 in methodology transformation and led multiple transformation programs including a non-profit company acquisition/integration and a business-technology program assessment of its ERP implementation. Prior to Aspirent, Andrea spoke on several occasions for PMI Chapters and other organizations about project management, portfolio management and PMO assessments. She previously focused in these areas with Andersen Consulting, CAP Gemini, the Coca-Cola Company and TenStep, Inc. Andrea is also published in “Sustainability Integration for Effective Project Management,” edited by Jennifer Tharp and Gilbert Silvius.

Andrea received her B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University. In addition to her role at Aspirent, she is a volunteer for Atlanta Center for Self Sufficiency (ACSS), which is the primary beneficiary and focus of Aspirent’s community service program. Outside of work, Andrea is a member of the PMI Atlanta Chapter and looks forward to spending quality time with her husband and rescue dog, traveling, and avidly following professional tennis.
