Andrea Krasnoff

As an Aspirent client partner, Andrea is entrusted to designing and delivering strategic solutions that help clients achieve their business goals. With more than 20 years of consulting experience, Andrea excels at bridging strategy and execution, which she leverages to oversee account performance and collaboration, portfolio strategy and management, and complex program delivery.

Andrea has helped organizations across industries solve complex, enterprise-wide business challenges throughout her career. She has guided several clients—including a Fortune 50 communications industry leader—through methodology transformations. She has also led multiple business process and systems transformation programs including a non-profit company acquisition/integration and a business-technology program assessment of a large-scale ERP implementation.

Andrea is a member of the PMI Atlanta Chapter and has spoken about project management, portfolio management, and PMO assessments for various PMI Chapters and other professional organizations. Her thought leadership on refining project management processes to incorporate sustainable thinking is published in “Sustainability Integration for Effective Project Management”, edited by Jennifer Tharp and Gilbert Silvius.

Andrea received her B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University. In addition to her role at Aspirent, she volunteers for the Atlanta Center for Self-Sufficiency (ACSS), a primary beneficiary of Aspirent’s community service efforts. Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending quality time with her husband and rescue dog, traveling, and avidly following professional tennis.
