We keep our interview process simple. In most cases, it’s a three-step journey from your initial meeting to your employment offer.

Recruiter interview

You’ll meet with one of our Talent Acquisition Recruiters so we can learn more about your professional experience and career goals and you can learn more about our firm structure, consulting model, and culture.

Duration: 45 – 60 minutes

technical interview

You’ll interview with one or two Aspirent consultants who will focus on exploring your hands-on delivery experience, practice/service line alignment, and cultural fit.* A work sample may also be requested.

Duration: 60 – 75 minutes

*Digital Product Development candidates may be asked to participate in a cultural fit prior to the technical interview.

leadership interview

You’ll meet with either a practice leader or client partner to discuss your overall career trajectory, leveling and alignment within the designated practice, professional aspirations, and cultural fit.

Duration: 45 – 60 minutes

C-Suite interview

Candidates for Principal level positions and higher will participate in a fourth and final interview with a member of Aspirent’s C-suite leadership team.

Duration: 30 minutes
