On August 20, members of the Aspirent team led a workshop for our community partner, the Atlanta Center for Self-Sufficiency (ACSS). Jesus Garcia, Senior Consultant at Aspirent, delivered presentations on two topics: Developing a Skill Set and Workplace Ethics. Discussions focused around identifying your professional skills, knowing the difference between hard skills and soft skills, and understanding the importance of making ethical decisions in the workplace. The Aspirent team was impressed by the level of engagement of the participants and conversations around accelerating professional growth.
ACSS primarily offers employment readiness, job placement, and job retention services to individuals that are homeless, low-income, or Veterans. Thank you to the Aspirent team and participating clients for continuing to support our commitment to community involvement!
