ATLANTA, GA – May 7th, 2016
The Atlanta Center for Self Sufficiency were the recipients of this year’s prestigious Technology Innovation Award, given out during the 2016 TechBridge Digital Ball. This award supports ACSS’ mission “To empower homeless individuals to achieve economic self-sufficiency and their ultimate potential to thrive in life.”
The generous grant of money and services from TechBridge will allow ACSS to automate many of their manual processes, cutting down on administrative costs and time which can be directed to the service of the many homeless men and women that ACSS supports.
ACSS is Aspirent’s primary charity served through their AspirentCARES program in the Atlanta Community. AspirentCARES led by Principal Ben Shugart connects Aspirent resources to community oriented events and charities that allow Aspirent to extend the passion of their Consultants from their Customers to their Community. In addition, Andrew Wells, CEO of Aspirent is an active member of the ACSS Board of Directors.
“AspirentCARES picks one core charity each year to focus the energies and passions of our people on the community. We love working with the ACSS because they like Aspirent are making significant and direct impact on those that they touch. Aspirent believes that we can best help move the needle in our Community by Partnering with Charitable Organizations like ACCS who are in direct contact with the Community and the people who have the greats need. ACCS is an empowering organization within the Community in the same way that Aspirent is an empowering organization in the business community” said Andrew Wells Founding Partner and CEO of Aspirent.
We are very excited for the recognition and resources ACCS will receive form this award knowing that they will be amplified in benefit to the people in our community who need it most.
