Challenge – This large media purchasing agency was losing sales to competitors who were able to leverage collaborative tools to build and present proposals to their clients. They wanted to keep their prospects involved during the sales cycle and to continue to obtain feedback along the way.
Approach – aspirent worked with the client to design & build a custom collaborative environment where media buying strategies could be developed and shared with their prospective customers. The application integrates several in-house tools and sources, and leverages a workflow to allow the ad agency to build and present media buying strategies to prospective clients. The process flow incorporates necessary approval processes along the way. As the application is client-facing it allows the ad agency to expose the entire methodology to the client which immerses them into the process, and allows for immediate customer feedback. The solution is a modern web application built on Amazon Web Services (AWS) leveraging 3rd party web APIs.
The custom collaboration environment is being deployed to 4,000+ users across global divisions. The prototype has already been leveraged to win three significant contracts with large companies.
