Consultant / Sr. Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute project plans adapted to the client environment and scope.
  • Mentor clients, work on projects independently, participate as a team member, or lead teams of less experienced consultants and/or clients to successful project delivery
  • Work across multiple industries and within various verticals and build client knowledge and credibility quickly (projects vary in length, lasting anywhere from a few weeks to several months)
  • Design and conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner
  • Execute the plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders
  • Strong leadership skills, including a history of increasing leadership responsibility and career growth in process improvement
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with audiences of all levels
  • Ability to proactively manage risk and influence others
  • Ability to develop a change leadership strategy based on situational awareness of changes and the groups impacted

Qualifications:  

  • 5 – 10 years of enterprise IT project management experience
  • Experience leading delivery teams is strongly preferred
  • PMP or other related certifications strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of SDLC, and various development methodologies
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Consultant / Sr. Business Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a logical, rigorous, and analytical problem-solving approach, leading requirements gathering sessions and preparing and delivering client presentations and work products/prototypes
  • Manage release schedules, prioritize projects, and ensure adequate resources are available
  • High level awareness of software development and maintenance methods, tools and techniques and demonstrates a strong awareness of the uses of IT
  • Understanding of all stages in a project lifecycle and ability to manage small projects through every stage of delivery and has the financial acumen to manage a small budget
  • Attend and lead meetings; provide project status reporting to management; assist with testing scenarios; and validate results
  • Conduct and document complex business analysis projects
  • Perform technical analysis to determine present and future business performance
  • Provide functional advice or training to less-senior business analysts
  • Occasionally lead direct or indirect employees for specific projects or objectives

Consultant / Advanced Analytics

Responsibilities 

  • Help to create and deliver project proposals and guide our strategic thinking on offering analytics consulting services to our clients
  • Consult with clients to gain an understanding of the current state of the business area(s), their immediate and long term needs, any KPI goals, and to determine what success looks like
  • Consult heavily with business users and stakeholders to 1) identify, capture and leverage appropriate data sources across areas of the business, and 2) ensure that analytical solutions are tailored to business needs and will support or result in actionable customer strategies, and 3) determine delivery & implementation options
  • Develop & help implement strategic analytical and data mining solutions to understand key business behaviors such as: customer acquisition, product up-sell, customer retention, lifetime value, channel preferences, customer satisfaction and loyalty drivers, etc.
  • Lead analytics and strategy engagements; Provide project-specific guidance to our team members in performing analyses and delivering strategic recommendations; Create and maintain project plans, project schedules, and other project documentation
  • Provide statistical methodology and project management support for commercial deliverables as well as custom studies 

Qualifications:  

  • 5+ years experience in any of the following areas:
  • Marketing & Marketing Analysis
  • Statistical Model development
  • Data Mining/Financial Analysis
  • At least 2 years of experience overseeing the work of other quantitative analysts (managing them either directly or indirectly).

  • BA or BS required; MS, MBA or PhD preferred
  • Preferred disciplines include Business Administration, Strategy, Marketing or Management with strong quantitative focus;
  • Formal training Economics/Econometrics, Statistics, Operations Research, Finance or Mathematics is a plus, familiarity is necessary.
